I can’t say enough great things about this company. They showed up early. They started right away. And even though I tried to help, they still got it all packed in two hours.
Responsible, polite and conscientious about the home and the belongings they were moving. I would recommend that you use them every time you make a move, either residential or corporate.

They ARE the best!

The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because one of my movers, John had some serious attitude issues that I have never encountered in my life. This guy was like a child in a man’s body. When they first got there he tried to establish some sort of weird dominance, it was so weird.

The rushing was an Issue: The guys were rushing so fast when it was clear there was no need to rush given I didn’t have much to unload. I asked them to slow down as to reduce the chance of my stuff being damaged and John just kept saying “this is how we always do it”….okay? Then I heard him keep telling the other mover I was “wasting his **** time”. They finished MORE THAN 30 MINUTES before the 2 hours I paid for. They did not need to move as such fast speeds and risk damaging my items.

Other than that, the move was fine. They showed up exactly on time, but they did not pick up my calls on the day of or call me to confirm.

I have never been more upset or more disappointed in any company I have ever worked with. I had to order movers two times for one day. The first set came with the experienced man snapping and belittling the obvious new man on the job. I was already upset and miserable, and that just made it worse Although he did a fabulous job packing the 16 foot trailer.
The second set were on time the lead guy was terrific. The second guy a little slower. There was one point the real estate agent and myself were helping to pack the truck and bring things out to them because we were running so late. Then I got hit with $100 overtime fee that I didn’t even know was happening. The decent thing to do would’ve been to stop the work explained to me that I was gonna be charged for overtime. Did I want to continue or stop where we were? I will not only never use you again. I will spread far and wide how incompetent and horrible you were and my real estate agent will make sure none of her clients use you ever again.

Mover's response:
We are very sorry you had a horrible experience but your reviews are not about We the States. The second crew you are speaking of does not work with We the States. We didn’t show up with a second crew, nor did we stay longer or charge you anything the price of $100 is far more than what I charge per hour as it is posted on hire a helper. let alone have you bring things to the pod. Your review of the second crew on our page is false and can affect us. Another company was provided from hire a helper with different crew members and prices. We kindly accept your disappointment with the first part of your order as it was We the States. But the second crew and what they did is not affiliated with We the States.

Great help!! Ours was pretty straight forward, helped to live some large furniture from building to another within a complex.

Had the necessary tools to move and disassemble a bed frame. Would hire again!!

Fantastic from coordinating with crew team leader through execution. Adjusted date and time to show up, and offered to show up early as we were ready to load out ahead of scheduled time. Very professional and completed the job very quickly without any problems. Highly recommend!!!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

A crew of clean cut smell good workers with the right equipment and a positive attitude with good energy.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Making sure all items that can be packed is safely secured. Remove any small items that will be in the movers walk way.

What types of moves have you handled?

We handled all types of moves from rearranging furniture in a house doctors office, spas, we do state to state lots of work is local for the average joe/Jane from one location to the other.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Traveling is the best part of the move seeing different areas and meeting people.

What training do you provide your crew members?

Communication skills as this is just as important as any labor skills. We teach them to stack boxes properly, use moving equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, rope etc
