They were in time and were respectful to our property. Worked slightly slower because we had one veteran lead mover and one new mover that was being trained and being instructed so things took longer. They had to just place the last few things they thought they could get in and leave with about 10 boxes, and two large furniture pieces out. We were able to go back and rearrange it fit all the items in so that we won’t need to pay for a second move. Basically it would have been better to just pay them to move the heavy items and for us to place them into the moving container.

We had a cargo van packed pretty full. I figured it would be pretty quick to unload but these guys were quicker and careful with everything. They then offered to help with anything else but it was all that we needed.

John and Brian were beyond phenomenal! They showed up at 9.00am on the spot. They were professional, courteous, and highly efficient. I was impressed with how well they worked together and had my household packed in 3-hours straight. They wrapped my furniture with great care and made sure to protect each piece as they loaded it into the POD. I would absolutely use them again! Thank you, John and Brian.

I would not recommend “we the state movers”. They did not secure my stuff even though I supplied the tie downs from costco. They threw stuff over the wall. Half of my things I wanted they said would not fit even when I was willing to pay more for the space which is why I choose U-Pack over using Pods. When the movers opened the truck at my destination they were shocked. As they removed the barrier wall everything came tumbling down! Nothing was secure and of course things were broken. I didn’t expect things to go perfect but this was horrible. Not sure what the next steps is but if you are looking for help moving just google it yourself and you may be more successful!

They completely stressed me out. They damaged my couch dragging it aross an EXTREMELY dirty ground and in the street. He insisted I get furniture pads and then barely used them. The dropped my other couch and a few other items multiple times. He disregarded the "fragile" written on the boxes but luckily nothing was broken. He repeatedly, full force, was kicking my bed frame trying to "dismantle it" but it didnt separate. There is some damage to a wall. He was aggressive and yelling at the guy helping him. I was completely stressed out by this experience. They only received extra money because they stayed a half hour over and I felt horrible for the helper.

Making sure all items that can be packed is safely secured. Remove any small items that will be in the movers walk way.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handled all types of moves from rearranging furniture in a house doctors office, spas, we do state to state lots of work is local for the average joe/Jane from one location to the other.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Traveling is the best part of the move seeing different areas and meeting people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Communication skills as this is just as important as any labor skills. We teach them to stack boxes properly, use moving equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, rope etc
