We were incredibly thankful to have a great 2-man team help us move. We booked 2 gentleman for 3 hours with a 24' truck as we needed several large couches/dresser/bookcases taken from our 2nd story condo to the nearby storage facility to store in a PODS container.
They moved quickly to wrap and protect the furniture and quickly did anything my wife asked them to do without a fuss. They made quick work of the furniture and got to our container quickly.
From there my wife and I emptied out our storage locker of 40-50 boxes and various items. They did a wonderful job building floor to ceiling walls and using the tiedowns I had provided. They finished 10 minutes earlier than expected too!
It'll be interesting to see how well they packed everything to see if any damage, but when they came to pick up the container, I didn't see too much of any boxes sagging - but time will tell.
Otherwise, they did an absolute wonderful job making our packing and moving large items painless during a time that was incredibly stressful.

They were almost an hour late, extreamly rude over the phone and in person. The main employee who drove the truck and did the paperwork got in a fight with my wife. He was rude and arrogant the entire time. He was lazy and clearly did not want to be there. My wife had to kick him out of our home. He said he would not leave since this was his job. I would not use this service again.

Allen and his team did a wonderful job moving our items into a PODS. They were on time, and respectful to us and our cats. It was a very hot day, but that didn’t phase them in the least, they got it done in a timely manner.

While they did show up on time, and two of them seemed fine, one of the movers was very unprofessional. They tried to charge us extra money every step of the way (the walk is too long, the drive is too far, etc.). They sent 3 movers instead of the 4 movers we paid for, then tried to hassle us for taking longer than we paid for. If we had the 4 people we asked for, it would have been enough time. Lastly, one mover spent most of the day complaining that the walk to our apartment was too far from the truck even though we specified that (and the drive distance) in the details while booking. Overall, they made our move a very stressful & frustrating experience & I would never use this company again. If anyone is looking for a great company, we used JFK moving twice & they were incredible. They were booked on our move date this time around, but I'll move a different day to be able to use them again in the future.
