We use only our own professional movers and never hire day laborers or temporary help. We do not act as move brokers for another company, so we will not sell your job to another moving company. If you book your job with us, we will see it through to its completion. We never take on more work than we can handle. If we are already booked for the day that you requested, we offer you the nearest available day. We can provide you all needed equipment and packing materials.

Allen and his team did a wonderful job moving our items into a PODS. They were on time, and respectful to us and our cats. It was a very hot day, but that didn’t phase them in the least, they got it done in a timely manner.

While they did show up on time, and two of them seemed fine, one of the movers was very unprofessional. They tried to charge us extra money every step of the way (the walk is too long, the drive is too far, etc.). They sent 3 movers instead of the 4 movers we paid for, then tried to hassle us for taking longer than we paid for. If we had the 4 people we asked for, it would have been enough time. Lastly, one mover spent most of the day complaining that the walk to our apartment was too far from the truck even though we specified that (and the drive distance) in the details while booking. Overall, they made our move a very stressful & frustrating experience & I would never use this company again. If anyone is looking for a great company, we used JFK moving twice & they were incredible. They were booked on our move date this time around, but I'll move a different day to be able to use them again in the future.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!! These guys are super sweet, professional and extremely efficient. They go above and beyond to help you with your move and treat your stuff better than any other movers, I guarantee it. Chose this company because of great reviews, but wanted to leave a review of my experienced. We received two young movers who both were working on their very first move. While wrapping the furniture, they took far longer than any movers I have used in the past. Driving the truck, they took over 20 minutes to pull into the spot I told them to and ran over my street sign in the process. In the end, because of how slow moving they were, the move took 6 hours to move to a 2 bedroom apartment from Downtown to Santa Monica and this was only with my roommate and I moving more furniture than they did. I reached out to the company to see if there was anything that could be done and held off writing a review until I heard back. I never heard from them, so I am leaving a review here of my experience. Based on other reviews I feel as though I just got unlucky but still feel like I should leave an honest review.

While everything got in the house, the movers didn't look at the labels on the boxes. Many kitchen supplies ended up upstairs, while a lot of what needed to move upstairs just ended up in the garage as the closest place to set something down that unloaded the pod.
They would not help assemble furniture they didn't disassemble.
There was no going the extra mile. The movers finished the job in an hour and still required the three-hour minimum, They then wouldn't leave until I tipped, even though they were paid for more time than they worked.
The crew had a hard time understanding my husband's British accent. Instead of asking him to repeat what he said, they just talked at him slower.
