Rigo’s went above and beyond my expectations when we ran into problems with coordinating our move with our condo. They were professional and flexible when we needed it the most. Marta, our dispatcher, was prompt and super easy to work with. Our movers, Jose & Javier were exceptional! We couldn’t have asked for better. I highly recommend Rigo’s and will definitely be calling them for our next move.

The guys that showed up were nice and attentive. They worked hard and disassembled/reassembled my bed. The only reason for the 3 stars was they damaged a couple pieces of my furniture. Specifically, there were chunks out of a wood nightstand. I don't know if they didn't notice, but they didn't tell me it happened. I felt like they rushed me to sign their releases at the end of my move. I tried to ask them what I was signing, but they just said to sign. That part is my fault for trusting everything was ok. If they had told me they damaged some of my furniture, this might be a different story, but I feel a little cheated. Like I said everything else went well!

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
