The movers requested to move the starting up one hour and then didn't actually start packing up until a half-hour after the original time.
However, their work was amazing. They were so careful with every item, had all the necessary tools and equipment, and we were able to leave all of their packing in their most competent hands.

I have no problem with the workers but a BIG problem with your understanding of pianos and communications between your workers and policy makers.
Ie. Types of pianos. Google it-----
UPRIGHT PIANOS are the tallest, heaviest pianos because they have a much bigger sound board.(about 5 feet tall)
CONSOLE PIANOS are the middle size, with about 4 feet height, but a shorter sound board.
SPINET PIANOS are the smaller size, at about 3 feet tall and therefore the smallest soundboard. And less heavy.
Your movers need to be trained in exactly what pianos are moved and what requires extra money.
They kept calling my spinet an upright. It is not. Never has been. Never will be. I was told that it would not require an extra charge when I hired through you, yet they didn't know that and it wasted precious time on our loading day. Please correct this problem for your future customers.

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
