There was a hiccup with their original truck, but they kept me informed throughout the morning and they were able to get another truck on time to the first location. When they arrived, they were wearing gloves and masks, which made me feel more at ease especially moving in such a weird time. They loaded everything in the truck efficiently and safely. Once at the second location, they unloaded the truck and put the items where I asked them. I would definitely recommend and use the company again if I were to move again.

The crew did a superb job in all aspects. Each piece of furniture was carefully and thoroughly wrapped for protection. They took great care in removing furniture and boxes from the house, avoiding contact with walls, sills, other items. Loading, arranging, and securing all items into the truck was masterful. No movement or slippage occurred during transport because of their attention to detail. They completed their work quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

Great, hardworking guys! Diego, Herson and Fabian showed up on time and finished on time. They were working non-stop from 8 am until 4 pm with only a brief lunch break. They were very accommodating and frequently asked us what we wanted. I would highly recommend them.

Beyond impressed with Rigo's movers. We hired 2 gentlemen to load 2 16 ft. pods. Let's just say these guys are tetris champs and were completely focused on the job to be done. They worked themselves tirelessly. After seeing the job they did, it was complete reassurance we made the best decision in hiring Rigo's movers to load our entire home into pods. There is just no way we could have done it without them. They were kind, on time, hard workers, and extremely efficient. Have already recommended their services to friends.

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
