These 2 guys had our entire garage of 35 years loaded in less than two hours and the container was barely half full. We were able to get everything that we had ready to go in the house in there as well in just 1 more hour! I couldn't have been more pleased. They really knew what they were doing.

The guys showed up and played Tetris with all our stuff and fit it into the truck. They worked efficiently and had very good customer service skills. If I move locally again they will be the first on my list.

Yes they were on time, they were prepared, they treated my property very respectfully and wrapped the furniture very carefully. I do recommend them and I would use them again. The only problem I have discovered is that my door brace i use at night to feel safe did not make it into the apartment.

We are very pleased with our movers, Miguel and Javier. They handled our appliances very carefully and were still pleasant even though they looked tired. They showed up on time and started the move right away. They were given instructions and followed them precisely. I will use Hire A Helper again when we move to our new house in August.

Very helpful and professional! CArried very heavy and bulky furniture down several flights of stairs on the hottest day of the year! Dismantled complicated furniture and loaded truck with anything breaking or scratching at its destination.

The BEST experience I have ever had moving! Okay, this was the first time I ever used movers, but it was such a breeze. I didn't know what to expect so, after hiring 4 movers for 4 hours, I also invited two of my good friends to help my wife and I and the crew move. I figured I would need all the help I could get as my two bedroom apartment was not only HEAVILY furnished and well lived in, but we also brought all of our stuff from our small storage unit into the apartment so everything could be together for a smoother move.
Well, the movers showed up. They were very respectful. They treated me like I was their boss. They moved fast, very fast. They also were very gentle as they went down the stairwell with all of our stuff. In fact, it seemed like they wanted us out of the way...so my friends and I just decided to hang out in the courtyard and have some beers and catch up in life since we hadn't seen each other in a long time due to this COVID crisis. And, to my surprise, the 4 guys got everything packed into the trailer! Anthony, the team leader, was a tetris master and maximized the space in the trailer. Because of that, I saved an additional $900 in space in the trailer that I was expecting to use. They even started at 9:37am but they rounded up in our favor to a start time of 9:40am. They even finished officially at 1:45pm by strapping everything in but rounded it down in our favor to 1:40pm so I wasn't charged extra.
Again, it was an amazing experience! It relieved so much stress off the backs of my wife and I and saved us SO much money! Thank you, Rigo's Moving & Storage! And thank you Anthony and crew members for your hard work!

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
