The elite team from Rigo's was exactly what I needed and worth every cent!
1) They showed up right on the scheduled time (actually few minutes early),
2) They arrived ready and motivated to get to work.
3) Not only were they strong, well equipped and energetic, they composed themselves as men who enjoy and take pride in their work.
4) They were extremely careful with our belongings and property, and nothing was damaged.
5) They moved our belongings in a methodical, efficient and quick manner. They emptied all 5 of our 20' containers at the rate of 90 minutes each or less.
6) They were very polite and respectful, never questioning our requests to move or place an item in its place.
7) At the end of the job they showed great appreciation for having had the opportunity to work. If I were an employer, these are the kind of men I would prefer to hire.
8) Regrets: My only regret is that I did not hire Rigo's movers to load the containers at the beginning of the move. I did this work with the help of friends and neighbors, but it was very inefficient and taxing work. My money and time would have been better spent if I had only called Rigo's in the beginning of the move.

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
