1st time using a service like this, so I was not sure what to expect. I was amazed at how these guys worked! I requested two helpers, for two hours. They were on time, and ready to rock and roll. I had rented furniture blankets, and very glad I did as the two guys, Joshua Duran and his partner, used them on my furniture and then shrink-wrapped every piece going into the moving container. Both were very professional, and most importantly very careful with how they handled the items to be packed. They were done in about 1 1/2 hours and looking for more work! Great Job! I will be calling them back (by name, via Rigo's Moving Company) and requesting these same to guys. They ROCKED! Thank You!

The team showed up on time with all of the tools they need. I emailed HireAHelper in advance whether I would need moving blankets, bubble wraps, ropes which they suggested me to get. I bought them all and it turned out that Rigo's team had everything for me. The team ran up and down in my house working very hard. My goods were properly packed snug tight in the container. I have so much stuff that could barely fit in one container, but the team work their magic and fit it nicely. If I have a chance in the future, I will definitely use their service again.

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
