Excellant job. I could not have asked for more. Kevin and Antonio arrived a few min early, ready to work. I was not sure if everything would fit into the rental truck but these vvbn moknguys were really good at sizing up the situation and were able to load everything with room to spare. They worked straight through, wrapped up my furniture, packed the truck high and tight. After driving 1200 miles all my stuff was just as they had loaded it. These guys knew what they were doing. Thank you.

Absolutely stellar job — one of the more efficient moves I’ve ever had. They were extremely prompt (even a bit early), and worked continuously to load. It was over 90 when we were unloading, but they just kept working! I would definitely consider using Rigo’s for my next move (which will hopefully be MANY years from now).

Very dissapointed with Rigos - despite the fact they were the most expensive, I hired them due to thier high rating and (in hindsight) I wish I hadn't. I really, really wanted 4 movers to show up at the same time so I could help them for the first two hours and gage what to do after that. THEY asked me to change my time and I ablidged, and changed my work schedule. Then, the day of, 2 workers showed up - with the other two showing up over two hours after I left.
I complained to them about this instance, and they said life happens. I expected a discout or something - but alas, I didn't get one or I wouldn't be writing this. They charged in full. A highly-paid, Five-Star company wouldn't /shouldn't do that.
The workers were fine - though they broke a light switch and a tile from a table (that they say they'll be replacing). I don't hold that against them, though, it was NOT showing up as planne and doing nothing about that urks me beyond belief. You would save a lot of money NOT using this company, knowing that if they make a mistake that really upsets you they still charge you in full. Shame. Go with someone cheaper.

Rigo's Moving & Storage was amazing. They helped turn an otherwise stressful situation around. The two movers had a great attitude, worked hard and did an incredible job of packing storage container. I would definitely use Rigo's again. All around fantastic service. Highly recommend!!!

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
