Brennan and Cedric started out okay after having moved my neighbors basement up a steep wet hill to their storage unit. Brennan ended up acting sulky, complained to David about walkways in what I believe was an attempt to get David to pull them off the job because he was tired. Cedric quietly arranged to personally come back & finish the job for me and explained Brennan’s bad attitude was due to his young age (18). Cedric promised he would take Brennan back to Louisville & come back that night to finish moving me before the basement flooded. He did not return & did not answer my calls to his personal cell. It was certainly a hard day for them with moving 2 basements uphill back to back. I had laid out boards for walking on most of the area from the rear of our condo to the back of my neighbors where the sidewalk was. There was difficult footing for about 1/4 if the way as they came out of my basement. The ground was saturated. I had been friendly, provided water, asked how they were doing & supported them taking a lunch break after moving my neighbor before starting my move. Then David phoned me to say his crew needed a good walkway. I was floored that Brennan had complained to the boss when I was being so friendly & had given them a much better walkway than they had for the morning move nearby. I asked what else they needed and Brennan said a few more boards. My neighbor gave us the extra boards. Brennan became sulky & slow moving after his call to David and Cedric lied to me. Overall, this company employs immature youngsters who are not reliable. I would not use the company again.

PackSmart did an excellent job. There was rain in the forecast that morning so they showed up 45 minutes early to beat the rain and make sure my belongings were packed safely. They came prepared (they had forgotten the rope I ordered but immediately called the office and had rope delivered onsite.) The truck was beautifully packed. I drove 10 hours and nothing shifted. They took great care with everything I own. And, they were so respectful and patient. I would use PackSmart again in a heartbeat!

I needed to pack 2 PODS for storage. The team was punctual and efficient. We did have an issue that was promptly corrected by the owner and his wife. Excellent customer service. I would use them again..

The entire crew was very professional and friendly. They arrived on time. They worked well together loading and unloading all of our household items without damaging anything. Our move was a short haul and we made two trips. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering moving.

The helpers showed up over 1.5 hours late (except for one guy not technically affiliated with the company that ended up moving all of our little stuff essentially by himself waiting on the other three guys to show up). I know they had to come all the way to Lexington from Louisville, but they should have factored in traffic before leaving. They did seem prepared for the job (i.e., the brought two hand trucks they used to move essentially everything). They worked semi-efficiently. I thought they could have moved a little faster and had less side conversation/arguments amongst themselves. They paid little concern to boxes labeled as fragile...we had several boxes from the kitchen labeled as “very fragile” and after going through the boxes tonight we had four glasses, two plates, and a decor piece broken. Furthermore, the way they ended up packing the truck we rented was pretty horrible. We had two legs break off of our couch, a bookshelf broken in half, and part of an L-shaped desk broken as well. We ended up having to throw those pieces of furniture away... Even though the movers were nice and they did complete the job in the 2 hour time slot, I most likely wouldn’t use this company again. Except for the one guy that showed up on time! He was great.

Your guys were very efficient. They were on time, friendly and took good care of my furniture although they did lose some screws to my dresser. I had to go buy some more to finish. Overall very satisfied.
