My items were loaded the week of Christmas 2016 by Stars and Stripes. The items were not removed from my trailer until March 22, 2017 by Packsmart Movers. I bought plenty of moving pads and also supplied extra thick quilts and blankets as well as shipping paper, tape, cardboard, dish liners, etc... The first piece of furniture I noticed damaged as it came off the trailer was my dining table, 2 big gashes out of it. Dining room chairs have scratches and gashes. My wife has a very expensive desk that was gave to her for her birthday that was purchased for over $1,800. It is scratched and has a huge gash on the top corner. We have a very expensive cherry bedroom suite that did not have any scratches on it and it has scratches and chips out of it. A chest is scratched on the upper side. Packsmart Movers said nothing was wrapped as they were removing the items from the trailer. Packsmart movers also did some pretty crazy things like standing my cherry dresser on its end and turning it on the pavement with nothing under it. Totally scratched the legs and side of dresser. Several items were done this way. My wife saw them unload the furniture and stand the items on their side with nothing under the items and turn on the bare pavement. My newly installed hardwood floor, not lamanent has scratches in it from not handling the furniture dolly properly. I am filing a claim against the loaders and unloaders. Packsmart Movers were very unperfessional. Throwing things wherever. Yes I said throwing things. Not taking items where they were instructed. Christmas items were told to take to the basement. I have a garage full of items I now have to take to the basement. I took moving pads out and placed them on the pavement myself after my wife ask me to please put something down before everything we own is destroyed. I haven't even unpacked my breakable items yet. Three items that my wife unpacked were broke. One of her Precious Moment figurines, also a very costly figurine that was the last thing her mother gave her before her mother passed away was broken. I can honestly say we take pride in our posessions and have worked hard to have nice things and take very good care of them. In this one move Stars and Stripes/loaders and Packsmart Movers/unloaders have done MORE damage than we ever have moving ourselves in the last 41 years we have been married.

The young men that helped me did a great job. They were very respectful and asked me how did i want things. They took my beds down and placed them back up. They was very careful with my furniture and considerate of my home that was newly built. I hade no scratches to my furniture or my walls. I can say these guys was fast and efficient. They got the job done in a professional manner. I would definitely use this moving service. Most of all i would request to have the same young men.

Terrible experience . The helpers left 30 min early so my boxes still had to be moved. also, boxes were left all over the house in the wrong rooms, now I have huge boxes I can't move and they are upstairs. Called the local owner and he said he'd call me back and get someone to take care of my notes, but that was 3 days ago. complete ripoff. I paid over 350.00 dollars for only part of a pod to be emptied and that didn't even get finished. now I have to move the boxes myself and unload the ones that were taken to the wrong roo.s. I deserve a full refund.

Four strong men arrived on time and showed the greatest care for my property and goods. They clearly knew what they were doing and showed professionalism throughout. There had been an underestimation of the size truck needed for my goods, but the men graciously returned on day-2 and finished the job with care and patience. When I arrived at my destination five states away, the team that unloaded the trucks said that the loading was the best job they had ever seen. The loaders of Pack Smart judiciously placed everything, balancing size and weight of my things. NOTHING was broken when I arrived at my destination. Those guys were darn GOOD! I'd use them again without a second thought!

The two young men who came to help us were courteous, knew exactly what they were doing, and worked at a really, really fast pace without neglecting proper care in wrapping and moving everything. Really hated seeing them go after two hours, but we were done and they worked hard. Great service!
