Four strong men arrived on time and showed the greatest care for my property and goods. They clearly knew what they were doing and showed professionalism throughout. There had been an underestimation of the size truck needed for my goods, but the men graciously returned on day-2 and finished the job with care and patience. When I arrived at my destination five states away, the team that unloaded the trucks said that the loading was the best job they had ever seen. The loaders of Pack Smart judiciously placed everything, balancing size and weight of my things. NOTHING was broken when I arrived at my destination. Those guys were darn GOOD! I'd use them again without a second thought!

The two young men who came to help us were courteous, knew exactly what they were doing, and worked at a really, really fast pace without neglecting proper care in wrapping and moving everything. Really hated seeing them go after two hours, but we were done and they worked hard. Great service!

They did a great job. Very hard working, and FAST. Make sure you lay out exactly what you want them to do. I may have liked a little more help with moving some boxes that I hadn't initially asked them to move, but I wasn't assertive enough in saying so. Since their time wasn't up (done an hour early) I thought they might help with those, but they didn't. My fault. I'd say error on the side of less time rather than more if you don't want to spend extra money since you have to pay for the hours beforehand.

I was not aware if the 4 hours are not needed you do not receive a refund. This should be mentioned by Hireahelper when scheduling a time.

The crew that came to load our house, from Pack Smart, led by Bill and Mark were great. They did a tremendous job. They were professional, friendly and great at their work. They ave us good advice and helped resolve some packing issues that we had overlooked. Definitely recommend them and Pack Smart.

All types. We have been with large van lines forr years before starting Pack Smart. We have done military, international, local, and long distance moves. Storage in and storage out handling as well.
