The traffic was bad and they were a bit late but they kept me abreast of their ETA. They brought a dolly and were prepared for the 3 hour shift and staying for another hour or two if i needed them. They were constantly working. Very fit, clean cut, polite young men who had obviously worked together a great deal. They were careful with handling my belongings and with the walls and door facings. I would definitely hire them again. I had them scheduled for a few days before but u just couldn't get my packing finished in time. I had to cancel them a day or so prior to their arrive. I did reschedule them for a few days later when I was ready. I knew i would have to pay a fee for cancelling late; however, this company and these young men showed no negative attitude towards me due to this unprofessional move on my part. Good guys.

Absolutely a nightmare owner sent 3 guys he hired off street. Wasted $ on a 16ft POD in which they didn’t load from bottom to top. Tried calling owner told me he was busy and that I had a lot of items. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. The guys said we will run out of room and I advised on how to load and these guys put bunny cords in at the end of the POD don’t know what to expect at delivery RUN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company is a fraud. I should have known when I called to confirm he was rude and straight up crooks. Guys came with a dolly and no tools to take bed down luckily I had a few tools. Had to pay for a storage with a half empty POD a nightmare as I still have trauma from this guy and his off the street movers. Hire a mover you should take them off as a preferred mover. I will update once pictures are taken of the POD when delivered. A straight thief and fraud of a company. Guy has no respect for customers doesn’t answer and was refusing to talk to me but he spoke with the thugs he sent to my home. I felt unsafe as well. To add to this as a mother I cooked these guys hamburgers gave water and vitamin packs to help them it was all a
Hustle and plan. You should be ashamed and banned hell close the **** company because I will sue your ass! If hire a mover does Not!

Moving crew did a great job. Worked efficient and was very careful with the items. Would definitely recommend.

2 helpers/2 hours. One was on time, and the other one was late 1 hour. Never suggested to call for a refund. The one helper who showed up on time did most the work. I had to do some of the moving because of the tardy helper. Called back the next to advise them, and was compensated for the time the one helper was late for. The helpers were friendly. Not sure if I would use them again. Also was linked to SML via the Penske web site. It appears they sub contract local help. So I guess it depends on who you get.

they did show up an hour late due to an accident on 380 which delayed returning of the U-Haul, which cost me an additional $40.
But they unloaded the truck and put one bed together in under two hours. They were very friendly and cautious. They did a good job.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
I would suggest them have items boxed up unless ordered packing. Also would suggest them to have their beds broken down.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all types of moves. Moves we have completed- Long distance, local, international, commercial, gym moves, etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite apart about being a mover is showing our customer that we are not just movers. Most times at the end of our move our customers are inviting us back to eat or see them again. Our mantra is “Less like movers, more like family.”
What training do you provide your crew members?
Before they are officially tagged “My Guys” they have to go through a few simulated moves, including packing, wrapping, and moving through obstacles with furniture in hand!
