The two gentlemen got paid to remove my stuff out of the pod and put in a storage unit and that is exactly what they did backwards and all.......
When I left Maryland the moving company backed the pod unit with large items (not because they removed it out of my house that way) in the back of the pod and boxes and bins in front of pod and my mattress against the wall with heavy future supporting it, in case I need to get items out before it gets to its final stop. My Guy Elite Moving Company took the boxes and bin out of the pod and put them all in the back of the storage unit first and all of my heavy future is in front of the boxes and bins and I cant get to them. I have everyday items in one of the bins that have medication in it and I cant get to the bin. I went the next day to see if it was possible that I can maybe move some item and I cant, when I called the gentleman the next day and asked him how I can get to the bins he says "mame you will have to take everything out the unit", so he knew exactly what he did. I then go to the unit and there are boxes stacked so high to the ceiling of the unit and there is plenty of room left in the unit that they didn't have to be stacked that high. The last item they put in the until was my pillow top king size mattress when they put it in the middle of the unit and tried to put dinette chair to support it up, so I know when I get it out it will not be useable. After he put my dinette chair against the mattress he had no way out of the unit so he stepped on one of my boxes to get out of the unit after I had retaped all of the boxes as they were taking them in so no rodents would be able to get in the boxes, at that point I was out done. At the end of the move he took all of the blankets that were covering the future and out them in a bag, why are they in a bag when they were on the future?????, they should still be on the future. I'm so pissed and will NEVER use this company again, and I pray everyday that I have no new friends when I move my items out of the unit and not too many of my items broken.

Gilbert and Big Woo did an amazing job. They kept us informed of their arrival. They were extremely respectful, diligent and hard working. They were able to unload our pod in record time. We would definitely hire them again if needed.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
I would suggest them have items boxed up unless ordered packing. Also would suggest them to have their beds broken down.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all types of moves. Moves we have completed- Long distance, local, international, commercial, gym moves, etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite apart about being a mover is showing our customer that we are not just movers. Most times at the end of our move our customers are inviting us back to eat or see them again. Our mantra is “Less like movers, more like family.”
What training do you provide your crew members?
Before they are officially tagged “My Guys” they have to go through a few simulated moves, including packing, wrapping, and moving through obstacles with furniture in hand!
