***Editing the review from 2 stars to 1 star, after seeing how much of my furniture got broken. These guys used less than half of blankets and ratchet straps we provided. They also stacked an enormous amount of weight on top of MDF furniture which broke it in half. They didn't even cover things in plastic al the way, so multiple items got scratched where there was no plastic. There was SO much protective material left over!***
It went ok in the first container, mainly because everything was square and easy to stack.
Once the 2nd container was started, they underestimated the amount of things left and didn't stack anything properly. They left some blankets (that I provided) unused.
What ended up happening was that they ran out of space. Things that were packed were crushing other items. Heavy things were loaded on top of light things. But most importantly the last 1.5 hours of their time was spent largely walking around. The lead guy was in the container the whole time waiting for things to be brought to him, but no one was working. They completely ignored the shed which I had to empty. Just a horrific experience at the end and so many things are scratched and crushed.

We had a three-person crew help unload our PODS container, and they did an excellent job. They handled all of our belongings with care, were respectful of both our home and our property, and worked efficiently throughout the entire move. The team was professional and courteous from start to finish. I would definitely use this company again if we ever need movers in the future. Highly recommend!

My Guys Elite Moving Co. emptied a 16-foot POD into our new home. We thought everything was good. However, after unpacking and setting up our bedrooms, we moved into the living room where we found a deep scratch underneath some boxes. The scratch was not there before and it is in the middle of our living room area. None of the movers told us about the scratch.

Two arrived on time, two were late. Two had experience packing a van, two did not. Ended up with broken glass desktop, broken queen bed frame. Not much care was taken to wrap all furniture, none of the moving blankets available were used. Ended up donating some furniture to charity because they couldn’t make it fit. Wasn’t a great experience.

I would suggest them have items boxed up unless ordered packing. Also would suggest them to have their beds broken down.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite apart about being a mover is showing our customer that we are not just movers. Most times at the end of our move our customers are inviting us back to eat or see them again. Our mantra is “Less like movers, more like family.”
What training do you provide your crew members?
Before they are officially tagged “My Guys” they have to go through a few simulated moves, including packing, wrapping, and moving through obstacles with furniture in hand!
