Confirmed time with the service provider the day before and was told everything was ready to go. As the end of my device time was nearing, I reached out asking for an ETA and was told that they were running about an hour behind schedule from the previous move. Over an hour later I still had not heard anything and asked for a new ETA - they said that they were too tired from the previous move and wouldn’t be able to accommodate mine so they called in a new team from 2 hours away to come. Eventually they came, but only used 45 minutes of the 2 hours I booked and then were hesitant to do basic tasks such as assemble the bed frame, place patio furniture, or unwrap moving blankets from other furniture items during the remaining booked time. At the end of the day, the job got done… but it certainly wasn’t what I had expected. HireAMover seemed to care and was super helpful until my money was released and the job was signed for - I haven’t been able to reach them since for compensation.

The guys did a fantastic job! They packed everything in well, did a great job making sure there were no spaces, that nothing would shift enroute, and that everything was protected! Would definitely use again

My window time was 10-2. They called at 12:31 and said they would be 10-15 minutes. They arrived at 1:20 with no acknowledgement that they were extremely late. However, they were polite otherwise once they arrived.
…and, apparently the lock broke when they went to lock the POD. They did not report this to us, the just put the broken lock back into the POD and left it unlocked.

Absolutely no issues with the guys that showed up they were amazing. we had issues with the company that hire a helper contracted they did not send the proper number of people and did not want to do anything about fixing the number of helpers we should’ve had.
