My window time was 10-2. They called at 12:31 and said they would be 10-15 minutes. They arrived at 1:20 with no acknowledgement that they were extremely late. However, they were polite otherwise once they arrived.
…and, apparently the lock broke when they went to lock the POD. They did not report this to us, the just put the broken lock back into the POD and left it unlocked.

Absolutely no issues with the guys that showed up they were amazing. we had issues with the company that hire a helper contracted they did not send the proper number of people and did not want to do anything about fixing the number of helpers we should’ve had.

The first crew that loaded the pods were great, they were so fast and were done in 2 hours.
The crew that came to unload the pods, were here for 3 hours and didn’t even finish emptying them. Very slow, and one kept checking his phone every time he put a box down.
