1&1/2 hour late. No dolly, didn’t seem to be prepared at all. Dressed poorly. Talked with each other more than they actually worked. Didn’t seem to know what to do, and I was instructing them on where things should go, they put everything in wrong place! I feel they were too expensive for work they actually did! I would NEVER use them again.

The team of (3) were on time, and worked at a moderate pace, being careful while loading the truck. I had provided 2 dozen moving blankets to cover and separate wooden furniture, which were not used in as many places as I had wished, and I stepped in to slightly separate and pad some of these furnishings so as not to have them rubbing together during the bumpy half hour ride in a 26 foot moving truck to our destination. This team was quite methodical in loading the truck, which was filled to the hilt, and this "puzzle" was well organized. My belongings arrived in basically good shape, although very few items were brand new or in pristine shape that required "kid gloves" to handle and protect. I did have this team locked in for 5 hours, but halfway thru they confirmed they were scheduled to leave after 3-hours. A quick call to their manager quickly cleared this up. Unloading was much faster, which additionally took place in the pouring rain, but this did not slow them down, and unloading went fast and smooth. The team was respectful of me and my belongings. I would use this team again, although I hope never to actually have to move again! All in all a good experience. I'd give them a 9 out of 10 rating.

Wow. I am impressed. The two guys they sent are so much stronger than they looked and were able to carry our dressers up the stairs and get all the heavy items we needed help with. Please it didn’t take us nearly as long as I thought it would. Excellent and polite. Hard workers. Fast prompt service from the company.

The team from Promovers (based in Milwaukee) were the most reliable, trustworthy, and friendly people to work with. They showed up when they said they would, did what they stated they would, and completed the job when it needed to be completed. In addition, compared to ALL the other movers I used, the team at Promovers CALLED the day before to CONFIRM the time and location. When I relocate my items from storage to a more permanent location I will not hesitate to contact and use their services again!
