Guys showed up on time ready to work. They worked hard and had everything loaded in the set time timeframe. They were careful with the furniture and loaded it well. I would recommend they and use them again myself.

They were very polite, but clearly not experienced. They also were 20 minutes late. We had to do a lot of explaining and helping. We even had to help them put A bedframe together… And it didn’t even have any hardware to deal with. Had a little problem following directions. We had movers pack the truck yesterday, which is harder to do than unload… And we only paid $200 for two guys, for two hours…And they were definitely experienced. I also assumed they would have basic tools, and they said they had none. We had a futon bed that needed assembly, but we didn’t ask them to do it because they said they had no tools, and I’m sure they wouldn’t of known how to do it even if they did. All in all, I was disappointed in the service I received… Especially for the price I paid.

The team was there ON TIME. As a matter of fact, they were at the loading location before I was.
They were more than prepared for the job. They reorganized the content inside the Pods storage container and loaded things from the uhaul cargo van that I brought to the Pods storage location in Madison, WI.
I have not seen such hardworking and polite folks in a long time. I was not sure if they were from the midwest, because they reminded me of the time I went to school in Alabama. When I asked I learned that they were from Mississippi. They came to WI to look for more opportunity. They reminded me of my immigrant spirit, and, I pray to God that they succeed. The only thing to watch out for in Wisconsin is racism. But, the team was so hardworking, so polite that it would take an evil person to discriminate against them.
They were very respectful of me, my property and goods. I will use their services again. I highly recommend the team to others. I wish them the very best in life and career.
