So my two movers were friendly and seemed like they would be great. That was until time ended and I had them for another hour and a half. I had a 26 foot truck and my house is 1100 sq feet with not much furniture going. It seemed to be going great and then at the end they “ran out of room” for so much of my stuff. Loaded my car down with garage stuff instead of the necessities I needed in my car. I called my husband who is working 2 hours away because I had to be out of the house by the next morning and I had so much stuff we didn’t have room for. Called some friends who looked in the truck and said how they packed so badly and wasted so much space my stuff should have fit and I should have had extra room. We did not have time to unload the truck half way and stack better. So we emptied my car and put that into the truck and a lot of things they left out I actually had to go give to goodwill because I was in a time crunch. Hiring loaders was suppose to be stress free but this caused me so much anxiety. So if you hire this company just make sure you are paying attention to how they are packing.

I drove a 26 ft Uhaul across the country to unload into a large storage unit. Mostly boxes, no large furniture or appliances and the truck was 1/3 empty. I hired this company for 2 guys and 2 hours to help me unload the truck. I had them take things off the truck and bring them to the storage unit. My wife and I arranged almost all the boxes in the unit so it would fit. One of the two movers seemed very inexperienced. He dropped four or five boxes and kept tossing my things. They took smoke breaks and ate lunch on my time. Then told me if I had hired a third mover they would have unloaded everything in the time I had available. I had to pay for an extra 45 minutes for them to finish. When they were done unloading, their food wrappers and cups were left in the back of my rental moving truck. I had to clean up after them. Would not recommend this company.

The workers damaged property left without doing the job . Police were called due to $5000.00 in cash missing. After police were called John one of the workers left after calling me many names. The other worker Stacey hung around but did nothing. He kept asking for money because he was going to be fired from your company. I want an explanation on any back ground checks that were done by your company.

The 2 young men came on time and were pleasant to work with. They were handy and the job was quickly done. Would definitely use them again.

The movers themselves were nice, but there was a scheduling mixup that caused a lot of problems. Our original movers never showed up, so the company called other employees to fill in - they arrived an hour after my originally scheduled window did not have any supplies (cart/dolly, etc.). They had to move everything by hand, which ended up taking three and a half hours (was supposed to take two hours max) for a ***studio*** apartment, even after I had loaded about a third of the boxes myself the night before. I don’t blame the guys - they were called with no advanced warning and had no supplies on hand. We ended up leaving for our cross country road trip hours after planned and didn’t get to our intermediate stopping point until 3am, exhausted. That set back our timeline for the rest of our drive the next day as well. Messed up our whole plan.
