Renegotiated arrival time morning of move, but it worked out well. Arrived on time. Guys were polite, strong and worked fast. Unload was done in an hour.
Some things didn't go as well as they could have. One mover apparently cut his hand slightly. There are blood marks on walls and surfaces throughout the house and noticeable on white appliances like dryer. I suspect he didn't notice. I didnt catch it till after they had finished and departed.
The house is new construction. There were several door frame dings as the larger pieces hit on the way in.
One mover was on his phone lifting things one-handed. I asked him to focus on the job and he did.
I rented an appliance dolly which they used, but didn't attach the strap.
Overall, I would have been happier if they had slowed down, used gloves and worked safely.

The two gentlemen that moved our items were very respectful. They carefully and skillfully moved the items into the PODS. In fact, I would call them Magicians because I truly did not think all our things were going to fit and they found a way! They were easy to talk to and understand what they needed. I would highly recommend them.

I was so impressed with the two workers we received. Both were extremely strong, flexible, and knowledgeable. When they took a treadmill down a flight of stairs with minimal room, well, that was impressive. I would hire help any time we move.

Pro Movers - 2 movers showed up.1 knew what he was doing, the other useless. They didn't even show up with furniture moving equipment. Just a dolly that is used for boxes and not furniture.
They damaged the furniture and the interior of the condo.
Moving Staffers the nationwide company that hired Pro Movers would not cover the damage because they said we didn't let the movers know the day of the move that we notified them of the damages. Lies. They are well aware of the damages.
Moving Staffers then offers $200 for all the damage. Really
PRO MOVERS - Andrew Lovett either the owner or the supervisor, spoke with me just one time.
After that he wouldn't take any of my calls. The number listed for Pro Movers is his cell number.
I hope this saves another family some heartache considering moving cross country is stressful enough. Then to have your belongings and home damaged and then not even willing to give me the insurance company's contact number is horrible.

I don't like writing bad reviews, but I'm really unhappy with the job done by Promovers. I didn't hear from them prior to my move day (other than the automated text from Hire a Helper), so I called around 8:15am when they were supposed to arrive at 8am. Two guys showed up around 9am and didn't bring any tools or dollys to move boxes/furniture. One of them left to go get tools to dissemble my bed and was gone for 30-40 minutes - but then they didn't end up disassembling my bed at all and loose screws were found all over the POD. While they were both friendly, they didn't seem like they had any professional experience moving and haphazardly packed up my POD. When I arrived at my new place, so many of my things were broken and a lot of furniture was scratched/damaged.
