Each one of them was very respectful, friendly, and fun to talk with. We had a very large move, and they went above and beyond. Excellent service!! The crew of 2 people was horrible. One member vaped his Juul all day so my house smelled horrible. The worst was when they proceeded to load my $500 standing floor Asian vase without any padding or bubble wrap or wrapping at all. I yelled at them to unload all the items up to the vase and to take it out and bubble wrap it and wrap it in a blanket. They did take it out and wrap it but when they reloaded all the boxes and items back, they didn't tighten the ropes or secure the items. Items are just loose in the POD. All items will just go flying. They also tracked mud on my carpet. I want a refund on this service. I could not be more disappointed. I took a video of how they packed it as documentation. I want a manager to call me because I want my money back.

Other than them arriving late, not due to their fault, the guys were terrific. They managed to get my twin beds, king split bed, 3 night stands, 2 recliners, and a large coffee table in one small packing cube. They were very nice guys, performed a miracle ??
