The two gentlemen were more than good they were great. They called prior to scheduled date to ensure that the POD had been delivered and the time frame was still okay for me. They were on time and called five minutes prior to their arrival. They were prepared for any unexpected things but thank goodness there were none. They read the boxes that were marked fragile and treated them as such. I'm going to use them again when I get to my new place!

They were on time but the smell of pot on them was hard to miss. They didn't need to do that crap before a job. So if you don't mind stoners hire them. I'm not sure I will again.

I was pleased with the service provided. The team was respectful of my belongings and property, arriving on time and completing the job promptly. However, I was uncomfortable with one individual's demeanor and appearance, which gave the impression they might have used substances just before coming. Moving forward, I would strongly prefer workers who are sober and professional while on duty. Ensuring that only individuals with a clean and professional presentation are allowed inside the house is very important to me.

The team showed up at 1:45pm and had completed unloading and arranging the contents from the trailer per my directions by 2:45pm. They were quick and efficient and followed instructions perfectly.

The two men who moved me were Andy and Rennie and they were great.
Managed all my furniture and boxes with care and packed the POD efficiently.
Both men were also very nice and respectful of me, I was very happy with their work.

Making the request I put that my stuff needed to go down two flights of stairs. Because of this I added a third person and added a third hour to my request. After the movers got there they decided that because there was the stairs they were going to charge me more. $354 more. Not only this but the venmo payment said there was a hold and they made me pay them a second time saying the first time didn't go through. On the second payment I did it as a personal payment so I end up getting charged with 3% fee plus a cash advance fee by my credit card. Upon reviewing my credit card statement I found that both transactions went through so for higher help I paid $562 plus another over $710. Thats $1370 For 3 helpers for 3 hours. And then on top of all that I found during unloading that my vintage stereo equalizer was damaged when they put another object next to it. And I know that they did it because all the knobs that were knocked off were not under the equalizer or in the truck so they had to have taken them and threw them away. If the knobs were under it I would have said it was damaged during the drive, but the fact that the knobs were missing tells me it occurred while they were loading.
