Gabriel and Sam were on time, worked hard and were very respectful to us and to our belongings. The weather was turning bad (snow) and they worked hard to get the job done as much for our belonging's sake as for their own. I'm going to need their service again in a few months. I won't hesitate to hire Minutemen Haulers and request Gabriel and Sam for the job!

Sam and Gabriel did a good job. They wre late and outside of the hour it was expected for them to arrive. I had to call them to find out if they were coming still. They were able to unload items and helped put some larger items together for me. They did scuff up one of my new walls so I would recommend to them to take their time and be careful versus trying to go so fast.

We had a fabulous experience with Minutemen Haulers this week. We closed on 2 houses in 2 days, so needless to say we were anxious and stressed out about the process. Jonathan, Gabriel and Sam came for both the load at the old house and the unload at the new house and they put our minds at ease. First and foremost they were really nice guys. They were extremely careful with all of our stuff and they were super efficient! We will be recommending them to all our friends!

We hired Minuteman Haulers to help us empty my mother's eighteen room house for sale/closing. Sam and Gabriel were there for five hours the first day and I was blown away with how hard they worked and how quickly they got things done. Sam and Jonathan were there for a couple of hours the second day and their work ethic did not waver. Without these guys, I don't think we would have been able to empty the house.
I got a pile of their business cards and have been handing them out. If I ever have the opportunity to use them again, I definitely would.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A customer can expect a call from one of our booking agents to confirm the move and go over additional details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A customer can expect a call from the crew lead an hour prior from the arrival window to confirm the move. Once the crew arrives, they will do a walk thru to ensure the move is completed in an efficient manner and will stay until excused from the customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure the move goes as smoothly as possible it is best to plan accordingly. Have furniture pads, stretch wrap and straps/rope ready for the movers to use if you are providing. Book elevators in advance so the movers don't have to wait.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled, local, long distance and office moves in the past.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Making the customer's life as easy as possible. We pride ourselves in being able to provide premium moving services to all of our customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We undergo 2 weeks of training where we will put a trainee with an experienced crew lead before being trusted to work alongside another individual.
