Energetic and careful with our items. Finished 30 min ahead of schedule set before them (moved a lot so I knew exactly what it will take); make sure you have plenty of blankets, the guys know what to do from there.

The two young men that came out to unload us were just great! They called me ahead of time to let me know they were on the way.They were very careful of the furniture and put everything where I needed it to be. They were completely prepared for the work and finished everything in the time frame alloted.

First of all they were supposed to be here between 9am and 10am and they got lost so didn't get here until 10:30 and myself and people who were helping me unloaded about a 1/4 of the UHaul and my car by the time they arrived. I was charged for 2 hours and they were only here 1 hour and 15 minutes. 2 Movers, Sam and Gabriel, were here and should have worked as a team the entire time they were here but they didn't. They broke my beautiful full length mirror that had a built in jewelry box, swiveled and slid on the base. I also asked that they both carry my new sectional in because it's bulky, but Gabriel did it himself and on the bottom of one part of the sectional a hole got punctured in the backing so the white stuffing was coming out and one of the legs a piece of the wood was broken off. Then I also explained to them both my big gas grill needed to be carried through my townhome to the back patio or carried around the townhome units because it's too have and will dig up the grass or wreck my carpet. Sam did not listen and rolled the grill through my neighbors and my front and back yards and tore up the grass. My dad told Sam what he did dragging the grill was totally wrong and his response was 'I did landscaping and the grass will come back in time', probably not the right response. I also just noticed yesterday the washers, screws etc...of the small kitchen table Gabriel put together are falling off. Needless to say my experience with your service was not good from beginning to end. I could not in good conscience recommend your service to my family or friends.

The guys were amazing. They kept the job even though they had intended to be off for Labor Day since I was only in town for the 1 day. They got there on time and worked hard the whole time. We are on the 4th floor and they got all of our furniture up with the use of 1 elevator within the 2 hour time period. I would definitely use these guys again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A customer can expect a call from one of our booking agents to confirm the move and go over additional details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A customer can expect a call from the crew lead an hour prior from the arrival window to confirm the move. Once the crew arrives, they will do a walk thru to ensure the move is completed in an efficient manner and will stay until excused from the customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure the move goes as smoothly as possible it is best to plan accordingly. Have furniture pads, stretch wrap and straps/rope ready for the movers to use if you are providing. Book elevators in advance so the movers don't have to wait.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled, local, long distance and office moves in the past.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Making the customer's life as easy as possible. We pride ourselves in being able to provide premium moving services to all of our customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We undergo 2 weeks of training where we will put a trainee with an experienced crew lead before being trusted to work alongside another individual.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
