Minutemen Haulers never ceases to amaze me. This is my second time hiring them and I could not be happier. I had a couple tough pieces of furniture, but they handled it well! And they had to take apart my bedroom vanity, but put it back together! 1000% will use this company every time I move. Shout out to Sam for all his hard work moving my desk! You rock!

The crew was great! Very professional and knowledgeable. My only issue was at the company level- no one answered the phones listed as contacts, in fact eventually they both said ‘mail box is full’. The Facebook page appeared old and not recently updated. I finally emailed and someone called me back from a third number.

Minutemen Haulers arrived on time at my home. The movers will come to work but doesn't offer a vehicle or moving supplies to move your items. The vehicle was not expected but coming with some moving supplies were. If the movers damage some of your items and you file a claim against the company for damages, one of the questions you will be asked is if you supplied the movers with moving supplies, in which I did. The company will also ask for proof of you purchasing a rental vehicle and purchasing the moving supplies, so make sure you do if you file a claim. All that said, I had to file a claim due to damaged items. All their guidelines were met and I still have not received compensation for the damages. It has not been two months and no response from Minutemen Haulers LLC. I will follow up with Hire A Helper to address my issues further.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A customer can expect a call from one of our booking agents to confirm the move and go over additional details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A customer can expect a call from the crew lead an hour prior from the arrival window to confirm the move. Once the crew arrives, they will do a walk thru to ensure the move is completed in an efficient manner and will stay until excused from the customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure the move goes as smoothly as possible it is best to plan accordingly. Have furniture pads, stretch wrap and straps/rope ready for the movers to use if you are providing. Book elevators in advance so the movers don't have to wait.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled, local, long distance and office moves in the past.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Making the customer's life as easy as possible. We pride ourselves in being able to provide premium moving services to all of our customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We undergo 2 weeks of training where we will put a trainee with an experienced crew lead before being trusted to work alongside another individual.
