We had to take the drivers home after they finished because they had no vehicle. It was a two hour round trip and I received no money or credit on my bill.
I was on time for this job in the morning, however they did not let me know the container had not arrived, even after I called to let them know my ETA. I waited for almost 2 hours and promised to come back even though HAH told me I fulfilled my 2 hour booked time. However I felt badly because they were elderly needed help. So I came back to Naples from Fort Myers to complete my other two jobs I had on my schedule that day. On my way back to Fort Myers my car overheated. I called an Uber to get to them, worked for 3 hours and kindly asked for a ride back to my car about 15-20 minutes away, not 2 hours. I gave $10 cash I had on me for gas and they could have said “no” and I would have called an Uber again. Point being, I believe I went above and beyond for this customer, when I didn’t have to, because I wanted to help them complete their move. If they would have told me in the morning truck was late I could have rearranged my schedule and all would have been avoided.
Of course they failed to mention all of this and wrote a bad review that could hurt my business when all I was trying to do was help then. If I didn’t come back I don’t know what they would’ve done and would have cost them a lot more money.
Thank you for hearing me out and I hope you understand. I have many great reviews and I always try to please my customers. Some people have no heart or any understanding for others.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will call and thank you for choosing us for your move and answer any questions you may have. We will follow up with you the day before and give you a call when we are on the way to you on moving day.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will arrive on time within delivery window delivery and listen to any instructions you may have.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Label any boxes or furniture that need extra care. If unloading, label which boxes go in which room and post notes for rooms (ex. Bedroom #1, Den, Dining, etc.)
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done all types.

Meeting and helping customers moving day go as easy as possible. I truly care about your home and belongings.
