We hired Moving Day Movers to unpack our 16' POD.

They were fantastic. They called to confirm the appointment twice, then called again the day of to let me know when they were on their way, so they were great at communicating and keeping me up to date on everything.

They arrived as scheduled too. More points. They introduced themselves, were friendly, and let us know what was needed from us to make the move seamless.

They had dollies and the necessary equipment to unload. They were efficient, meticulous in checking that everything be put where I wanted it to be in the apartment, and they even offered to put things together for us or carry things into the garage, as needed.

They worked hard and only took a short break for a three hours of unloading, so I was pretty impressed with their stamina. They were careful with all of our things, as no damage occurred. I would definitely hire them again!

They were on time, but didn't want to work very hard and complained the whole time. I took things out of the truck faster then they did at the beginning. The owner was very disrespectful and kept making rude comments to me. He is the man and I'm the woman type thing. Mansplaining. Didn't like how I packed my truck, yet not one thing was broken. I think their ultimate goal was to take as much time as they wanted to make sure I paid more. However, I didn't allow that to happen. I explained how to put my things beside the elevator and then hold the door so we could get in as much as possible and then unload. If I didn't do that, they would have made sure to take 4 hours to unload. We got it done in less than 2 hours. I would not use that particular crew again.

Henri was awesome! His helper? Not so much~ Henri went over and above to make sure we were satisfied- his helper? Just sat boxes inside house, with no regard to where they should go. Henri even told him several times… Inwould ask for Henri anytime and ask him to have a new helper. Thank you

We will call and thank you for choosing us for your move and answer any questions you may have. We will follow up with you the day before and give you a call when we are on the way to you on moving day.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

We will arrive on time within delivery window delivery and listen to any instructions you may have.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Label any boxes or furniture that need extra care. If unloading, label which boxes go in which room and post notes for rooms (ex. Bedroom #1, Den, Dining, etc.)

What types of moves have you handled?

We have done all types.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Meeting and helping customers moving day go as easy as possible. I truly care about your home and belongings.

What training do you provide your crew members?

I personally train and make sure they give the best customer service.
