The guys did a great job of loading. We had a house full of furniture and it was a hot day but they got it done. Very courteous and helpful.

They showed up on time and worked at a good pace. We did have to rearrange some items to keep them from shifting, but mostly good. They finished before 2 hours. They were friendly and did a good job.

This is a good example of how we will go above and beyond to help a customer in need of our service. Job was requested that afternoon for a job that evening.
We were already on a same-day requested job in Labelle that day and immediately after went to help Gary in Fort Myers.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

We will call and thank you for choosing us for your move and answer any questions you may have. We will follow up with you the day before and give you a call when we are on the way to you on moving day.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

We will arrive on time within delivery window delivery and listen to any instructions you may have.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Label any boxes or furniture that need extra care. If unloading, label which boxes go in which room and post notes for rooms (ex. Bedroom #1, Den, Dining, etc.)

What types of moves have you handled?

We have done all types.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Meeting and helping customers moving day go as easy as possible. I truly care about your home and belongings.

What training do you provide your crew members?

I personally train and make sure they give the best customer service.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

Next Day Moves

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

Refunding Unused Time

We refund up to one unused hour over our min..

We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
