The crew was late getting to the job - he said he had a flat tire he was 5 min away then he said he wasn’t gonna be able to do the job then after me calling hire a helper for another mover he ended up showing up and hour late - just didn’t feel we got good service - but finally we finished the unload

I’m sorry you felt like you didn’t get good service. I honestly had a flat from two nails in my tire And I showed you the tire. I felt so rushed and worried about getting to job I just put air in the tire until I had time to change it. I never said I wasn’t coming. Arrival window was 9-10am and I arrived at 10:15. I was 15 minutes late, not an hour. If you look at my previous reviews, I am very punctual and give great service and care about my customers. I brought an extra person to make sure job was done quickly and to try to make up for 15 minutes I was late.
All I can say is sorry.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

We will call and thank you for choosing us for your move and answer any questions you may have. We will follow up with you the day before and give you a call when we are on the way to you on moving day.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

We will arrive on time within delivery window delivery and listen to any instructions you may have.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Label any boxes or furniture that need extra care. If unloading, label which boxes go in which room and post notes for rooms (ex. Bedroom #1, Den, Dining, etc.)

What types of moves have you handled?

We have done all types.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Meeting and helping customers moving day go as easy as possible. I truly care about your home and belongings.

What training do you provide your crew members?

I personally train and make sure they give the best customer service.
