Never again, told me to sit down and they would do it. 1st mistake, didnt watch how they loaded second mistake, looks like they through stuff up in and had no care for belongings. Constantly said this was broken and that which I knew some was loose or broken but not nearly as much as when I unloaded. Had a 26' truck for med stg and couldn't fit washer and dryer at back due to loading. Helper requested payment release immediately and he couldn't leave without me doing that. After an hour of showing him that I didnt have any way to release it he said ok do it later. Foolish $100 tip later we separated. After unloading the truck I tried to call the helper and they didnt return my call. I didnt want to just leave a negative review....here we are. Dont use Henry

I apologize for missing your call and I wish I could’ve tried to help earlier. I’m sorry if you felt pressured to pay, I wasn’t waiting an hour for payment, HireAHelper suggests we have customers release it at the end of the job. When I said to sit, it was in a joking friendly manner suggesting you can relax and work on finishing your packing or whatever you needed to do. I am confused why you didn’t say anything before we left. As I remember there was room for W/D. There was more stuff to load after we left and if you felt like we needed to rearrange things I would’ve been happy to do so. It’s frustrating for me when I only started the job and someone else finishes it. I would never throw your things in or not care about your belongings. We tied down with rope, but things not packed in boxes may shift around when driving. Maybe that may have made it look like things were thrown in. Overall, I apologize you were unhappy and if I can do anything to make things right I would like you to please give me a call. Just starting out and a negative review hurts. Hopefully future customers see the good reviews I have and I do care about my customers. Thank you

We will call and thank you for choosing us for your move and answer any questions you may have. We will follow up with you the day before and give you a call when we are on the way to you on moving day.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

We will arrive on time within delivery window delivery and listen to any instructions you may have.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Label any boxes or furniture that need extra care. If unloading, label which boxes go in which room and post notes for rooms (ex. Bedroom #1, Den, Dining, etc.)
