The three men that moved all my things today went above and beyond their job!!
They did it in 2 hours the only issue I have is I am billed for three hours and NO REFUND of the hour not used.
I highly recommend them otherwise!

Unfortunately Moving providers aren't able to book other customers in time slots which have already been booked by other customers which is why this is usually an industry standard. However, being you booked 2 movers and we provided 3 for you since our move prior required 3, I believe that is why it only took 2 hrs. Thank you for your kind words and 5 stars Ms. F!

The two guys who showed up were wonderful and hard working gentlemen. Could not have been kinder or more polite.

My issue is that I requested a 1 pm move time. When I called at around 1 pm, I was told they would arrive at the "later end of the 1-2 window. They didn't actually arrive until 2:30. The move/packing took less than an hour but I was 90 minutes late for the start of my 5! hour drive

Mover's response:
Once again Mr Rogers, we do apologize. As we mentioned, we ran into an accident on the expressway that halted traffic for close to 45 min. For customers which 30 min could make or break, we suggest booking an earlier window, as emergencies and minor delays are rare but can happen.

Sent 4 guys, insisted it would only take an hour instead of 2, which would have been fine under other circumstances.

1 guy (short with a beanie) dropped almost every single box he carried from a few inches off the ground because he kept trying to carry 5 at once for some reason, which, unsurprisingly had them slide off onto the ground, which my glassware appreciated greatly. I also watched him read a "fragile do not lean" sticker, promptly flip the box over and stack another box on it. After i told him where to put something, he looked right at me, then put it on the closest surface instead, then grumbled to himself on the way out.

2 guys started arguing after one scratched my door with furniture he was carrying, afterward that same guy started dropping every box from a couple of inches high including things marked "fragile"

2 stars because one guy was legitimately trying to do his job despite the others.

Mover's response:
I told one of our movers to watch the door while carrying a light but slightly wide Ikea desk 'before' he accidentally scratches the front door, which he didn't. I said this right in front of the customer. I did see him fumble a small box, but onto grass and nothing was damaged the entire move or I'm confident it would've been disclosed in the review. I am not confused this customer would exaggerate to this extent as the customer was under the influence and his entire apartment smelled of strong marijuana. We finished the move in under the time allocated with zero damage. Please see prior reviews for genuine sentiment regarding our work ethic.

Victor, Don, and RJ were awesome! They helped us unload two storage units into a U-Haul in two separate trips and then unloaded everything into our house—twice. They even hauled heavy furniture upstairs like it was no big deal.

We had a slight change in our U-Haul rental time, and they were super flexible and understanding, which we really appreciated. It took a lot of stress off our shoulders knowing they were willing to accommodate our new schedule!

They were friendly, easy to work with, and seriously hard workers. We’re so glad we had them helping us out—highly recommend!

I reserve 5 hours of work. The crew finished in 2.5’ hrs. I was told I must pay the 5 hrs of reserve even when they only work 2.5 hrs. I told them to charged me 3 hrs instead of 2.5 hrs as I know pretty well, 3 hrs is the minimum to reserved.

They demanded 5’hrs of payment. I paid 5’hrs plus the tip I gave to the crew. The crew did nothing wrong. They were good people. The company was not good. This was not the 1st time I hired through this online help. I reserve 7
Hrs of work but the crew finished in 4 hrs and I paid 4 hrs.
But this time, they demanded 5 hrs although the work was done at 2.5 hrs.
Beware. I will not recommend to hire through this online help again.

Mover's response:
The company policy (which customer agreed to and accepted prior) is unused time is non refundable as we miss perspective orders when time is blocked for customers who requested a specific amount of hours. Customers are usually happy when we finish quicker than intended. However, our movers arrived on time, finished in time with zero damage.

Victor and Don did a wonderful job. We hired them to empty our garage so we could get shelves and improvements in it. (Yes, the garage was full). They worked in an organized, professional manner. I can honestly say they worked very hard. They gave us feedback with packing and it was greatly appreciated. We are going to hire them again for several projects and highly recommend them.
