They wore short number of workers contracted for they had no equipment to move anything Diego was their 10 min on his phone than came in the house and took a **** for 15 minutes the other man did start to work right away very disappointed and would like 200.00 back please ivan janssen

Great job! The movers, Charles and Alfredo, were on time and did the job expeditiously. They loaded the truck in a manner to ensure that no box or any item would move for the trip, and it didn't not move! I highly recommend Elite Moving Service!

They came early and worked very hard. They were very knowledgeable about loading and worked efficiently. I would definitely use them again! I will not know until we unload if there was any damage to our property.

I scheduled 4 movers for 2 hours to unload my UHaul. Only 2 movers arrived. There were communication issues as neither of them spoke any English. Ultimately, they called the dispatcher. She said she would try to find some others to show up. The 3rd mover arrived an hour later, and a 4th 30 minutes later (30 minutes remaining in the 2 hour slot)he did speak English so things were a bit better. The original 2 seemed content to simply move my furniture and boxes to the carport. I had to push them to actually bring them inside the house. Again, communication was an issue because they could not read the labels on the boxes to determine which room they all belonged in. Most of the boxes wound up in 2 places, and I had to move them later.
All in all, everything was taken out of the truck within the two hours. They seemed nice enough. I was given a credit for the difference in cost for the actual amount of time I had movers. I just don’t know that I would use them again because they failed to provide what I had contracted for.

I distinctly requested 3 movers and was sent 2! I distinctly requested for the movers to bring hand trucks and dolleys! This task would have taken even longer. The movers had to load items in my car AND I had to transport my belongings via MY CAR from my apartment to the U-Haul containers!!! Either HireAHelper did NOT convey my message to Elite or Elite did not listen to my request! I am thoroughly, highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service. Never again.. never again..
