I was harassed by the Phoenix phone scheduler of the first crew to stop the workers from working after 2 hours and that they had to leave because they have another job to do! Wow...I didn't know how long it would take and thought 2 hours would work, but it ran almost 3hours to finish the job. She tried several times to get the workers to stop working! I'll never recommend Elite movers or their scheduler!!

This was complete chaos and some of the worst customer service I've ever received.
We had confirmation for Sunday at 2 pm.
After speaking with them on the phone multiple days in a row to confirm, they called us Sunday morning (day of the move) and tried to cancel/change to a different day. We said no-- that will not work, and they said they'd try to find someone to do it.
30 minutes later, someone calls and says "I'm here at your house to unload you" (around noon). We reiterated: "we need the help at 2 pm, we are not there now-- we will see you at 2 pm".
Multiple phone calls back and forth, finally got them to confirm, yes, 2 pm.
2 pm comes and goes, no one there, we do most of the work ourselves. I call multiple times in the midst of unloading, trying to figure out when someone is coming. I keep being told "20 minutes... 20 minutes..."
The workers show up at 3:35.
To their credit, the 2 guys who came were nice and helpful!
But then they finished before 5 and wanted to leave. I was in a super awkward situation at that point. I said, we were told we pre-paid for 2 hours, and ya'll could help build beds, etc.-- there is a lot to be done. PLUS, the reason we finished early is because ya'll were super late and we had done most of the unloading already.
They called their boss, who confirmed with me, yes, you'll be charged for a full 2 hours no matter what. They spend 10 minutes on the phone with her, going back and forth. They said they didn't know how to do stuff, didn't know what to do, and needed to leave... it was super awkward.
I said we could compromise and they could just stay 20 more minutes and help us out moving a few things (putting boxes in the right rooms, etc.)-- that was still letting them go early.
I called the company to complain on Sunday and asked for a discount/refund of some sort to make this right-- she said yes they would definitely do that, and she'd call me Wednesday. A week later, no response.

Alfredo and Cesar did an excellent job packing our POD. They arrived timely, worked consistently while they were here, were highly professional and showed great care with our belongings. They were able to maximize the space available and got our money’s worth from the POD. We would happily work with them again.

This crew of three guys were on time and worked hard. The conditions in which they had to work were not ideal. It was hot and I was moving out of a rat infested storage with remains of several dead rats. My only issue was they did not know how to effectively pack and unpack the truck or new storage space. What they lacked in packing skills they more than made up in effort. They did show respect for my items and I appreciate that. The lack of ability to effectively utilize the storage space cost me two additional hours of work. My storage unit will eventually have to be redone which I will do when the weather cools down. I probably won’t use this company again simply because of lack of skill with packing the space.
