i had hire a helper send two guys (eddie and francisco) to help me unload a u haul with furniture etc to bring into my house and garage. these guys were wonderful. they were on time, non stop work, very careful with the furniture and did not disapoint at all. i would hire them back in a secound but i would request the same guys.

Do not recommend. These guys improperly packed my container.
Failed to secure the load even though they were provided straps and tie-downs.
Damage was extensive. They did not make things right. Be sure to get the optional insurance. I got burned on this deal.

This is the second time that I have used Elite Moving. Again they were early which was great. They 2 guys were very professional and friendly. They worked really hard and finished about a half hour early. They earned every penny they hopefully were paid for the full two hours. I would definitely use them again.

They give a horrible service the guys didn’t have the equipment to move furnitures.
They don’t protect the furnitures of any damage.

The moving crew was great.
Not impressed with the management/customer service team. Very difficult to work with and tried charging us an additional fee. Also, you’ll have to make sure you have a dolly on hand, moving crew did great since we had our own dolly and carts but they are unequipped with any moving materials. Management needs to properly equip them for moves (carts, dollys, straps, etc)

They were not fully equipment like other movers I used. They also bumped the corner of my wall causing damage. They turned my couch over in the storage unit and I’m extremely afraid there will be deformation of my couch when I do end of moving it out of storage. As well as they put my couch pillows outside of the plastic I had them in. I was not confident they would do this job efficiently. When I am able to move in a few months and see if there is any damage I will let HireHelper know. They were nice movers I just am now stressed about my couch and potential damage.

Truly awful customer service - they never answered their phones or returned messages. There also did not seem to be any communication between the driver and the company, since the dispatcher called me to ask if the moving crew arrived or not. When they did show up, they did not have any supplies with them (like dollies, or a hand truck, etc.). The crew either did not or could not read the box labels, as they used boxes containing glassware for the bottom layer, which were crushed in transit. Furniture was haphazardly stacked, scratching the finish off and denting the surfaces. They only used two of the tie-downs that I provided (which didn’t help with the damage to my furniture) and apparently decided that meant they could keep the rest of them for themselves. I very much regret leaving them a cash tip, otherwise I’d be looking into a chargeback through my credit card.
