The guys came without a dolly so it took a little longer but everything considered They did a great job!

Took three guys 2 hours to load the container .we were living in a 1375 square foot non cluttered home a 16 foot container could not hold all the furniture.

I was supposed to have 2 helpers. Only 1 showed up. The one that came was on time and very polite and respectful. He worked very hard because he was by himself. Supposedly the helper that didn’t show up had car trouble. The manager of the company called to tell me I was only going to have the one helper said he would compensate. I would have only needed help for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours if they both showed up. The young man that came ended up staying 3 hours because he was alone. So the manager thought he was giving me a deal by giving me half off the 3rd hour. Really? I called him the next day to say I feel like I should have only been charged for 2 hours with half off of that since only one helper showed up. He was extremely rude and condescending!!! He wouldn’t even let me talk. He said there was no way he could do anything for me. I own a company and would never speak to a client in the way that he did! I would never use Elite Staffing services LLC again! Because of the management. It was also a very big inconvenience only having 1 guy show up!!

They did such a great job!!! The movers were quick and efficient but careful at the same time.
I am really impressed with the work that they did and I would recommend them to anyone who is moving.

They couldn't get the dryer through the door and they tried and they dented and scratched my dryer and took ended up taken out of the other door
