The gentlemen who performed the labor were excellent. However, the company forced me to pay the full six hours estimated at the time of reservation EVEN THOUGH the men finished in less than three hours. Also, the company would not let me cancel the subsequent day's reservation at no cost because it was less than 48 hrs advance notice. I will NEVER use Elite Staffing again! Horrible way to treat a customer in my opinion...

I have mixed reviews for Elite Staffing. Both dates had time changes and because I was working around other contractors I had no choice but to accept the changes. I had to wait for them to arrive both days and they were even later than the agreed upon time. The team that arrived on Thursday did a terrific job and went above and beyond. The team that arrived on Sunday were not even prepared. They brought no equipment with them and struggled to move the things needing moved which wasn’t much. A king mattress. A dresser. A side table a hutch and a chair. I paid for two hours of work and they were there 30 minutes. The reason I didn’t have them move what else was needed was because they broke a plant stand that was being sold and were about to drag a dresser across my just installed wood floors had I not stopped them. Just really disappointing. I now need to hire another form to move the other items needing to be moved.
