They were super courteous and professional, but the movers were pretty out of shape and inexperienced. I ended up having to pay for an additional hour and a half because they moved so slowly. The guys that loaded the truck took about half the time, and unloading ALWAYS goes faster (except this time). Still, they were super careful with everything, and thoughtful.

The two guys who showed up were amazing at helping us move. They were fast, courteous, and did I mention fast?? What took 2 men 5 hours to load the truck took these guys 1 hour to unload. Everything was in excellent condition and they didn't bang up any doors or walls.
They were super professional and we will definitely be keeping their information to hire them again when we move next time!

They ran a little late but brought a third person to help when I had only scheduled two to make up for the delay. The crew was efficient and the truck loaded in under two hours. The truck was packed in an organized fashion and no damage noted when the truck was unloaded 280 miles later. I would use this service again. Thank you!

Service was fine. Guys were nice. We moved from AZ to OR and needed help loading our POD. Just unpacked today. These guys have NO idea how to pack a POD. Period. Every single piece of furniture we moved has damage - most is not reparable. The wardrobes were laid on their sides and heavy boxes set on top…so they were destroyed. Every single box has damage. We chose to only move select pieces of our furniture because of size and shape and what we thought would be ease of packing. Not so much. Their lack of skill, caused damage to everything. Not to mention they couldn’t fit everything in and didn’t tie anything down. So during the move, every shifted making it impossible to open the door easily. It took two people and a lot of finesse to finally get it open. I’m so disheartened. A solid wood table built by dad, damaged. I told them there were three pieces that I absolutely needed them to ensure had the best protection - that was one. And they didn’t do it. Someone will be compensating me for this damage and I recommend steering clear of this less than skilled set of movers.

Workers not prepared. They didn’t even have any tools or couldn’t even take a bed frame apart and made me do it...No English. They spent a lot of time on their cell phones and moved very slowly. They were making inappropriate advances towards someone in my house hold and kept asking for her phone number and repeatedly asking her on a date and making remarks. Unacceptable! They did not protect my furniture and left several boxes and pieces of furniture behind stating it wouldn’t fit although I just used POD last year and everything fit then. I even rented a larger POD this time! I had to rent a truck and find a storage unit afterwards which ended up costing me a lot more and much delay in my departure. So unhappy!
