Two very attentive and courteous people showed up on time to help us unload a 26 foot truck into a storage unit. Heavy items (sofa sleeper, dressers, washer and dryer) and multiple boxes and loose items had to be stacked and condensed. They saw that we had limited space and were able to figure out how to maximize the space we had. In less than 2 hours what initially appeared to be a laborious and potentially impossible task was complete. Additionally, upon arrival Angel ( one of the movers) noticed that one of the truck tires looked
flat which I would not have noticed. After getting service on the truck it was confirmed that the tire was bad and would have gone fully flat or blown out most likely when we were returning home 300 miles away Simply put, the two helpers, Michael and Angel exceeded our expectations not only by making a stressful move manageable but also by noticing the tire and keeping us safe. I suppose Angel is a fitting name

They came perfectly on time and were very fast and helpful! Everything labeled TOP was properly carried/set down so that the contents remained intact. They easily carried the mattress and frame up three flights, and helped assemble the frame for me. Appreciated their work a lot!

We had a piano, professionally packed and, included in the move that needed to be removed from the truck and set up in the home. Because of this they said they had to send a third experienced helper who was familiar with pianos and they charged more money. They said it was a company requirement. This was a joke, they new nothing about moving a piano and almost damaged it a few times. They finally managed to get it into the garage and it was left there and we had to call another mover to move it into the house, which took about five minutes, and then set it up. The helper were sloppy, dropping drawers out of furniture, etc. Would not recommend them.

The movers got my whole moving truck unloaded in two hours and handled my items with care. Would definitely recommend.

They were on time, polite and careful with my belongings. Kept to task and finished the job well under and hour. The the respect for my belongings was their priority. For example; it was a somewhat windy day, a bag of paper plates were in top of a box they were carrying, and they were willing to stop to resecure the plates being blown off until I noticed and explained to just let them fall, after all they were paper plates. This is the type of concern, respect and focus I had during my experience. I would highly recommend!!! Great job Elite team and thank you!

Skylar and Carl were so wonderful to work with! They were efficient, hard working, and they cared about the integrity on my items during the move. They didn’t need direction - just went to work and were cordial along the way. I have some pretty heavy items and lots of stuff in general, and they did not complain one time! I would hire them again in a second!!!

Clemente was superb. Jonathan may still be learning? but he did very well. They were quick, efficient, followed directions and were clean about the floors and careful with the furniture.
