Elite needs to understand job better, hire appropriate movers and let them complete the job at hand. Hire-a-Helper was helpful.
Pros: 2 workers were booked for 6 hrs. Arrived on time and completed unloading a 26 ft. cap. U Haul. W/difficulties, as I pitched in (not apart of plan). It was a HOT day, + lots of boxes.
Mixed: Elite brought in 3rd mover (clarified no chrg.) planning to end early and tackle latter job same day. Only partially successful -- still took ~5 hrs. Movers pace seemed neither fast or steady.
Cons: Elite Mgmt. kept calling workers saying they should be done, not working hard enough. This caused lots of arguing and miscommunication. Covid masks were not consistently used.

The 2 young men did a great job! They even bounced ideas off of each other to find the most efficient way to move heavy furniture up a flight of stairs with a 180° turn at the landing. They were polite, respectful & careful, and even offered to do more than I asked because the 2 hours weren't over. I'd recommend Clemente & Julio anytime! Excellent job, young men...thanks for your help!
