They were not on time, the first person arrived about an hour late and the second person came about 15 minutes later and brought a friend who didn’t work for elite staffing. The friend asked to sit in our apartment in the AC and helped them move a little bit (which honestly would be a nightmare for the company if he got hurt since he’s not employed by them or covered by worker’s compensation). It was very weird. They came unprepared, they had no basic tools to help disassemble furniture or help them carry heavy things to the truck and they had no idea how to pack a truck so the items would travel safely/not shuffle around. If my father-in-law and husband weren’t there to help load the truck it would have been a disaster. We moved just as many things as they did. The only pro is they didn’t break anything. Would not recommend and will not use again.

My move took a little over 3 hours but they didn't charge me for the extra 10 minutes. Thanks! Nothing broken. No scratches or dings that I could see. And it was 110+ degrees and we still moved a 16 foot filled trailer in 3 hours. Amazing. Nice work.

The two guys did a great job. They were efficient and polite and finished earlier than expected. They wore masks and kept their distance. A really good experience.
