One of them was obviously more experienced and careful than the other but he did seem to be the one giving direction so that worked out.

What a mess, I can’t begin to get started. Had contracted for 4 guys for three hours. Had two guys there for the whole time, one other for two hours and the fourth guy left for two hours to supposedly get a dolly which no one brought anything to load the pods with. He also informed me he had just come from the gym and had not had lunch.
He returns two hours later, no dolly......lunch maybe????? I had called them twice after contracting to remind them we did have a 600 lb. item to move. No problem I was told.
We had supplied 40moving blankets and sheets to cover furniture, huge rubber bands to secure with and numerous straps. They covered a few things. I also ask them to put garage and outdoor stuff in one pod and better furniture in the the other. An outdoor heavy chiminea fire pit was throwed on top of good furniture, a nightstand was sitting on my sofa with the legs dug into the cushion, a small desk was crushed and totally destroyed. I could go on and on about the damage. A leather rocker had numerous holes punch in it by a metal piece.There were very few pieces not scratched or damaged!!!!! I have pics of this packing job if anyone is interested. Thank goodness I had packed my own stuff, mirrors, picture and glass items of which nothing was broken. They did not charge us for the extra hour they ran over. Haha

The guys who came to empty our 2 containers were great! They moved quickly and efficiently making sure nothing was damaged. They were also polite and respectful and made sure to ask if everything was as we wanted. Wonderful job! I highly recommend them!

The movers did not listen to directions instructed on phone. We ask to leave couch out of our pod and it was the first thing in the pod .. 2 full bedroom sets were left without being packed, left our house unlocked for a weekend, 2 construction rolls of plastic missing, no communication skills. Terrible, we had to rehire 2 men in a truck to unpack the pod and repack correctly to fit our 2 bedroom sets in.. it cost twice as much to have this done.. should have called them first.. so bad!

Nothing short of awful. My movers showed up high and kept smoking on the job. I don’t care if you smoke but not on my time! What should have taken less than 2 hours to load a small one bedroom apartment took over 3 hours! They dropped heavy pieces of furniture, banged a brand new 75” tv, and shoved everything into the moving truck in an unorganized way- we had to take everything out and rearrange the entire truck to avoid having everything topple and break on the drive. Once we finally re-did their work and strapped everything in, we had to embark on our 12-hr journey. The worst part is that the movers called their boss and told him NOT to charge us for the extra hour since it was their fault they went over time, but their boss instead ignored their request and charged me MORE than the additional hour. He pleaded ignorance and refused to make the situation right when I brought this to his attention saying he was charging extra because he had to pay his men.... the movers never saw a dime of that money. And just to give some perspective, the movers that helped us unload at our destination did the work in an hour and a half- so there should be No Excuse why it took Elite Staffing 3+ hours to move an 800 sqft apt. My overall experience was less than one star. If you want to get haggled, cheated out of time and money, have your things dragged and dropped, and deal with incompetent managers and movers that get high on the job go with Elite Staffing Services.. their follies start with management and trickle down to the movers with a real deficiency in customer-service. If you want a stress-free move, RUN from Elite Staffing, they are beyond mediocre and negligent. These people really deserve to be sued.

I received a call when they were on the way, then a few minutes later they arrived. Both men were polite and courteous, very professional. They were respectful in handling all my items and worked very quickly. They arrived and took care of business, no messing around. I would definitely recommend them.

Guys were courteous and helpful. Would recommend asking for dolly or tools if you need to dissemble any items or move heavy furniture.
