This is the second time we have used their services. We hired them again because they did such an excellent job the first time. They again exceeded our expectations. They worked quickly and efficiently unloading our truck and reassembling our furniture. The crew was friendly and they were very careful with our belongings. The two-person crew showed up right on time, and despite the weather (light rain), expertly packed, moved and stacked everything into the shipping container, making very efficient use of the available space. I hired them for 3 hours, but they finished in about 2 and a half. I liked their work so much, I'm using Hire-a-Helper to contract out them to unload of the same container once we finish our cross-
country move. I highly recommend VIP Movers and Hire-a-Helper!

This is the worst moon that I've ever experienced. First of all on that Saturday they were supposed to be there at 7:30. They showed up at nine then as they were loading my stuff into the truck him and his brother got in a fight in the parking lot at the storage unit until he finally had to leave without getting all my stuff out of storage to take his brother home?? Then showed up at the new place like an hour and a half later and then stated that they were too tired and would if I mind if they came back tomorrow and finished so I agreed they were coming at 10 AM. So on Sunday they didn't get there till 3:30 PM and he came by himself so he was outside doing God knows what for a long time and then he hired three of my neighbors to help him move my furniture in so I ended up having to pay another month storage Because everything wasn't out. Also, I had to pay for an additional day with the truck because it sat at my house fully loaded with my furniture. So I would have to say this is probably the worst move that I've ever experienced in my entire life.
