Overall, they did a very good job. They were on time and finished within the scheduled two hour window. They worked hard and were prepared for the job. Perhaps through inexperience, our two micro-suede chairs were wrapped in plastic when furniture blankets should have been put on first. As a result, the plastic wrap made abrasion marks in the arms of the chairs.

I have used VIP Movers twice now. Once to unload a pod and once to load a pod. They have done a great job both times. This most recent experience was to load a pod. The team was highly efficient, hard working, respectful, and nice. Communication was great. They were punctual. I hired them for 2 hours and finished loading the pod right at 2 hours. Highly recommend!

The 2 gentlemen (Jose and ????? - I apologize I forgot your name, sir) that loaded and unloaded the garage stuff were very efficient, knew how to pack the truck, were personable and very professional. They went above and beyond to accommodate our desires and were careful with some expensive items. I would highly recommend the service provided by these Gentlemen - thank you!
