Unfortunately, this is NOT a good review. The two men were 37 minutes beyond the end of the arrival window. (There was no phone call.) They were prepared and started out professionally. The second storage unit compartment was not tied off. Antique furniture was clear wrapped, but without padding even though I had purchased an adequate amount of packing blankets prior to their arrival and offered to purchase additional blankets. Progress began to slow during the final compartment. They began arranging badly and ignoring suggestions for better packing to keep the door from jamming. When they were within 30 minutes from the end of their allotted time they began soliciting to be paid for additional time. We dismissed them and I contacted the owner/manager who “washed his hands” of responsibility even though I sent clear pictures of the mess we were left with. We repacked properly. I highly suggest NOT using this company.

We had 3 guys that packed our 16 foot pod. The reason for 3 helpers was because our bedroom furniture was very heavy. They did an awesome job in getting the pod packed full in 2 hours.
