They were scheduled between 10 - 11 am and arrived at 12:30. Did a good job, worked hard on a hot day. Wish they would have taken more care not to tip furniture and boxes on their sides or upside down.

The workers move moved most of the boxes and furniture in and packed things tightly. However, they didn’t use the ratchet straps properly. I had 6 ratchet straps to secure the load that I had provided to keep the load from shifting and only 2 were used incorrectly. Some of the boxes fell against the door and we had a problem opening the door. A box spring should have been used and strapped in place at the end of the load to hold back any shifting to the door.
