Overall, they did a very good job. They were on time and finished within the scheduled two hour window. They worked hard and were prepared for the job. Perhaps through inexperience, our two micro-suede chairs were wrapped in plastic when furniture blankets should have been put on first. As a result, the plastic wrap made abrasion marks in the arms of the chairs.

I have used VIP Movers twice now. Once to unload a pod and once to load a pod. They have done a great job both times. This most recent experience was to load a pod. The team was highly efficient, hard working, respectful, and nice. Communication was great. They were punctual. I hired them for 2 hours and finished loading the pod right at 2 hours. Highly recommend!

The 2 gentlemen (Jose and ????? - I apologize I forgot your name, sir) that loaded and unloaded the garage stuff were very efficient, knew how to pack the truck, were personable and very professional.
