I wasn't going to say anything until I noticed damaged apartment wall after the move. I don't recommend their service to anything as:
1. Extremely difficult to get in touch with them and confirm moving details. Many calls unanswered, and no call back when they said they'd do so.
2. Showed up 3 hour later than scheduled.
3. Piled things up in the truck like they're trash. I had to leave early and left my husband to receive movers. When I met up with the truck and open it, I was shocked how things were just on top of each other in a messy way. Despite the fact that I wrapped every individual piece of furniture, multiple pieces were scratched and damaged from the way they were laid against each other.
4. Damaged apartment wall. Chunk of wall by the door were damaged. It was in good condition before the move.
