After discussing the timing and expectations for my move date, the movers were late without communicating this to me. I spoke to them 25 minutes after the start time and heard they were finishing a smaller job, eta of 15 minutes. After another 35 minutes I had to reach out again, only to find out their car was broken down. They did arrive 90 minutes past the start time. Overall could have been better communication with the delay.

This was a same day booking, and I spoke to somebody immediately after submitting my request. They lined up a crew within a few hours. The guys were experts at loading (re-organizing) my half packed Penske. They fit my entire 2 bed townhouse into a 16’ truck. I really hired them to move heavy items, but they ended up utilizing my truck space so efficiently. Nothing was broken during the move. They also entertained my daughter,
who was selling fake ice cream cones. Great guys. :)

The two young men who assisted me with the moving tasks did an excellent job. They arrived on time, reviewed what I needed done and completed everything efficiently and carefully. They were very respectful and I would recommend them to anyone who would like hard workers to assist in helping move boxes and furniture. It made the task very easy and stress free for me.

Great job guys. They arrived on time ready to work. They got my 3 bedroom home loaded up in the time we had, and even went above and beyond trying to get my massive couch out of the tiny entryway. I wish they had packed the truck a little better as it got a little tight with the last bit of stuff with some spare room at the front of the truck, but we got it done! If I had to do it again I'd have them back.

I was scheduled for 11 am but they arrived about 30 mins late. They did a good job but had to pay for an extra hour instead of the original 2 hours planned. I missed one box with my stuff in it but I don’t know who to blame for that. Not sure if it was missing from the first people who loaded it into the truck or missing during the off loading. All said and done, they moved my stuff in and for just 2 guys I’d say it wasn’t bad.

The three movers, Emmanuel, Daniel, and Duran showed up stoned. I know this because as soon as the door to their vehicle opened I could smell it. In 2015, when I first moved to Minneapolis, I hired three workers to load my truck. They showed up ready to work and in 2 hours they loaded my 1400 sq. ft. house into a 22 ft. van. To aid the movers, I moved most everything into the garage with very little left in the house for them to move. They took nearly 3 hours, pausing to have conversations and to remind me of how good they were at moving. In the end, we couldn't fit my patio set, my TV Armiore, or any of my plants. This is when the guys actually showed enthusiasm and started approaching all of my neighbors with my things to give away like they were some sort of benevolent Santas. I had asked them to use all available space, including opening drawers of dressers, etc. to fill with smaller boxes. They did not know how to use ratchet straps or effectively use furniture pads. They were worn out after the first 45 mins. and work slowed to nearly a standstill. They took it upon themselves to dismantle my kitchen table (A piece of furniture that had never been taken apart, nor was delivered in pieces. They threw the base on top of random pieces of furniture and it was destroyed. They stood on boxes marked fragile even after I asked them not to use the boxes as foot stools. (I had a foot stool available, but they packed it in their desire to finish ASAP. They were slow, giggly, and had no business working as movers. Duran had pants down around his thighs, showing his underwear and wearing open-toed shoes. Not professional. Not trustworthy. Not competent. I lost three major pieces of furniture in the move and most of my plants. The movers that I hired to unload in Louisiana said they had never seen such a poor job loading. I agree.

A great bunch of guys. A downpour struck in the middle of the unload, they didn't skip a beat, just threw blankets over the furniture to keep it dry and kept unloading while soaking wet. Had a good attitude about it all as well.
