We used Premium Moving Services to load our U-Haul for a cross-country move. The guys called me in advance, arrived on time, and went straight to work. They were polite, careful, and knew what they were doing. This made our move much easier with a crew to load our truck! I would recommend this service!

They weren't careful even when I asked them many times to be careful with my furniture. They didn't think on the best way to carry stuff to avoid damaging my belongings. They dropped my expensive file cabinet and damage it a bit; some other stuff were also scratched.

They arrived on time, did exactly what we wanted, and were very nice and professional. The whole job was over in 1-1/2 hours; we had anticipated longer. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth the cost!

They ran behind and didn't arrive until 6:00. The second guy didn't arrive until 6:20. We booked for three hours, but we had to pitch in to get it done by dark. We get up early for work, so we didn't want them working until 9:30. With our help, they were done in two hours. We still had to pay for three hours. It would not have been an issue to reschedule, but the pod had to be emptied for pick up the next morning. They were pleasant and hard working.

Dustin, Drew and Mikie were right on time. They work as a team hard and fast. They were polite and courteous. They even took time to explain things to my granddaughter. The movers showed up a little over an hour late. While they unloaded the pod quite quickly, one of the movers was somewhat inappropriate. He asked for my number, which I declined to give him. However, he already had my contact information, as he had been calling giving updates on their ETA. About an hour after the move had been completed, he emailed me pictures of himself. While they were not explicit pictures, I found this action to be inappropriate, as our interaction was purely professional. I suggest that the employees of this company conduct themselves in a timely and professional fashion.

These guys were great! They showed up on time and let me know when they were getting close. They were able to unload multiple trucks in less time than I expected and they were so efficient and respectful of all of my property. They delivered each item to exactly where I wanted it and they were super polite and friendly. The hardest working group of guys I've seen while still being upbeat and fun! I would definitely recommend them to anybody and everybody. I'll be using them the next time I need movers and every time after that!
