They were late. They came with nothing for the job. No dollies or straps to carry things. They carried one small item at a time, took multiple breaks. The younger guy was constantly watching videos on his phone. They left trash on one of the apartment's railings which I cleaned up. They also went over by 1.5 hours, and while I had a lot of stuff, the fact they were carrying one thing up at a time didn't help. I didn't mind paying over if I felt like they cared about their job.

The movers did a very good job. They were there when they were supposed to be and worked hard getting the job done. A job well done.

They were hard working, fast, had a good attitude but the placement of my stuff in the moving truck had me dismayed. I should have done more quality assurance. Nearly half of the way to my destination, I checked the back of the truck. There was a bookshelf pushing into my TV and this bookshelf was laying horizontal on another bookshelf. There were also metal shelves scratching my hard wood furniture, etc. I had to reorganize the truck.

Love, love, love these guys. On time, professional and friendly and boy are they efficient. And so careful with our belongings. We are preparing to sell our house and had to move some of our furnishings and belongings to a PODS. Took them about 1/4 of the time it would have taken us.

I had them to unload my stuffs to my apartment from a Upack truck parked nearby. I rent a Uhaul truck for short distance shuttle back and forth for their use. So I witnessed the whole thing - how they unload from Upack truck, load and pack into Uhaul truck, unload from Uhaul truck, move into my apartment. A superb and truly reliable helpers. They were handling my items with great care, they were very good at loading mine onto Uhaul truck maximally utilizing the space, and were very careful with unloading and moving finally into my apartment, following all my requests with respect. In short they worked very hard and professionally. Also immediate response on text message. I would definitely recommend them, and call them again next time if I need helper.

J&E moved our furnishings from our storage facility to our home in Eugene. Josh called to let us know they would be about 15 minutes late. No problem, Josh and Devin immediately went to work when they arrived. They worked hard, handled the furniture and boxes with care, were attentive to where we wanted items located in the house, and maintained a positive attitude throughout the move. It is easy for us to recommend them with five stars and we would definitely use them again in the future.
